Child ID Service

When a child is abducted, current and accurate information is often the key to their quick and safe return. We at Operation Locate Our Children want every child in Wisconsin to have this safety information quickly at hand.
To help parents, we've created a Child ID Kit which is offered at all the organization's local events. It's a step-by-step guide to saving a child's photograph, recording their fingerprints, height, weight and specific features. We currently offer these kits free of charge to anyone who needs them.
In addition, Operation Locate Our Children is a resource for a service which records the DNA of a child, or any other family member. This service, called DNA LIFEPRINT, is explained on our DNA Lifeprint page.
